Tour Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation:
- All bookings made with Texperience Travel & Tours are subject to availability.
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit and issuance of a booking confirmation from Texperience Travel & Tours.

2. Payment:
- Full payment for the tour package is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any other methods accepted by Texperience Travel & Tours.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:
- Cancellations made by the client are subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the specific tour package terms.
- Texperience Travel & Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Changes to Bookings:
- Any changes to the booking, including but not limited to dates, itinerary, or number of participants, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Texperience Travel & Tours will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes requested by the client.

5. Travel Insurance:
- Texperience Travel & Tours strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings.

6. Health and Safety:
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the tour activities.
- Texperience Travel & Tours reserves the right to deny participation to any client who is deemed unfit for the tour activities due to health reasons.

7. Responsibility:
- Texperience Travel & Tours acts only as an agent for various service providers and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by any third party.
- Texperience Travel & Tours shall not be liable for any additional expenses incurred by clients due to delays, changes in itinerary, or other circumstances beyond its control.

8. Documentation:
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations, prior to departure.

9. Code of Conduct:
- Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and locals.
- Texperience Travel & Tours reserves the right to terminate the tour of any client who behaves in a manner that is disruptive or offensive, without refund.

10. Complaints:
- Any complaints or issues during the tour should be brought to the attention of Texperience Travel & Tours immediately to allow for timely resolution.

11. Jurisdiction:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

By booking a tour with Texperience Travel & Tours, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
