White River Rafting

Take a bamboo raft through the calm waters of the White River. Your driver will transport you to a serene section of the river from your Ocho Rios hotel or the cruise terminal so you may board a bamboo raft with a local guide. You'll then have about an hour to float down the river and enjoy the gorgeous sights.
Green Grotto Cave Tour
The Green Grotto Caves at Runaway Bay, about 30 minutes from Ocho Rios, are Jamaica's most well-known limestone caverns. They were previously inhabited by Arawak Indians and, according to legend, served as a hideout for fugitive slaves and Spanish settlers running from the British.

7 Miles Beach
Negril Beach is one of Jamaica's best coastlines, extending from Bloody Bay in the north to Long Bay and the Negril Cliffs in the south. This gorgeous expanse of soft sand and blue water, also known as Seven Mile Beach, is ideal for strolling, swimming, and sunbathing even though it is just four miles long in total.
Kool Runnings Adventure Park
Family-friendly Particularly if you have children, Kool Runnings Adventure Park is a terrific location to spend a few hours. Go-karts, bungee trampolines, and slides . Want something a little more tranquil? Riding the lazy river, float around. With its smaller slides and interactive water features, little kids will like Captain Mikie's Coconut Island.
Rick's Cafe
In Jamaica, Rick's Café is renowned for having the best sunset view. It is a 35-foot-high cliff located in the West End and is famous for heart-pounding, exciting cliff jumping!

A canopy ziplining excursion is a fantastic choice if you want a taste of the jungle and can drag yourself away from Negril's stunning beach. You may ride a network of ziplines around Negril that are connected by elevated platforms as you glide through the treetops.

My favorite beach I've ever been on is Doctor's Cave! My ideal world! Excellent options for relaxing or going snorkeling. To make everything completely safe for you, lifeguards are on duty. Strongly advised!

Portland
Frenchman's Cove
On the eastern coast of Portland, between two cliffs home to a variety of wildlife and rich foliage, is a stretch of idyllic shoreline. Champagne sands and a mesmerizing turquoise Caribbean Sea slicing may be found at Frenchman's Cove Beach.
Blue Lagoon
Seven miles east of Port Antonio, Blue Lagoon is bordered by steep green hillsides. The Caribbean Sea's surface meets the lagoon's surface when sea water from the surface of the ocean enters the lagoon.
Boston Beach
Boston Bay Beach is one of Jamaica's more well-kept beaches thanks to the Tourism Enhancement Fund's recent restoration of the area. It is situated between the towns of Boston and Fairy Hill in the parish of Portland on the island's northeastern coast.
Somerset Falls
A short drive from Port Antonio, the country's capital city, is where Somerset Falls is situated in the productive parish of Portland, Jamaica. Although there are many bays in the parish, this natural landmark is conveniently located in Hope Bay along the major route.
